IsPermaNegativePrerequiste=y/n
and
IsPermaPrerequiste=y/n
could be very neat features when making a "Upgrade speed" building, and a "Upgrade armor" building. IsPermaNegativePrerequiste=yes would make the initial choice very important! I would like this feature!
