The ToolTipColor tag is only working for the first side listed under the [Sides] list & overrides ToolTipColor for all following sides.

Example:

[GDI]

[NOD]
ToolTipColor=0,0,255

[ThirdSide]
ToolTipColor=0,0,255

Doing this has no effect.

[GDI]
ToolTipColor=0,0,255

[NOD]

[ThirdSide]

This changes the tool tip colours of all three sides to blue.
