Also an issue for me, almost two years later. Between a configurable name for this folder or it at the very least aligning with the proper spec, something needs to be done about it. "Wishlist" is a stretch. It's an excuse not to implement a solution.
These things may appear trivial on the surface, but trivial things collectively result in a subpar experience. Especially with such a push on this platform, things like this need attention.
(As a side note, Snap has come a very long way since its conception. I'm very impressed, and I hope it will one day be a valid and compelling platform for developers and end users.)
