Can you try this solution:

Add pci=use_crs at the end of the line

linux /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-19-generic root=UUID=8a7ca0ae-ec6e-4df9-9661-edccf300d223 ro quiet splash

in the file /boot/grub/grub.cfg and reboot.
