Thanks for the update. So you can't confirm if the bug exists in v3.4-rc1 or not because it reboots during resume. That might indicate that the bug for this report may not exists in rc1, since it's at least waking up.

Also, when I was referring to 3.3 final, I was referring to v3.3. That kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.3-precise/
