This falls under the following uber-feature request: https://bugs.launchpad.net/archive.org/+bug/331208

NOTE: this UI will change if Tracey successfully adds the Flash-based upload tool - which will allow uploading multiple files as well as uploading larger files.

Tracey implemented the Flash-based tool. It's much better.
