NOTE - some of this may change once Tracey's new upload tool is done (Feb 23, 2009)

* Make it clear that a unique identifier is being asked for - and that it will be checked to make sure it is available.

* adjust visual layout to improve flow.

* isolate "Advanced" stuff and clarify language

Based on our design collaboration,Tracey has implemented a smother, more intuitive scheme for entering the title/ID. It is not all on one page, and more communicative.
