Software Center - Installing PeaZip gives "programming error in aptdaemon"

Bug Description

This is 10.10 (upgraded from 10.04) Firefox launches Software Center and it asks
if I trust software (it's from SourceForge - so I loaded the newest Deb)

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/peazip_3.4.LINUX.GTK2-2_all.deb'
