The regression found in pending sru for apparmor (xenial):

Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (ppc64el): test log
Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (amd64): test log

and apparmor (artful):

Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (ppc64el): test log
Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (s390x): test log
Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (amd64): test log
Regression in autopkgtest for snapd (i386): test log

Seems similar to the following statement made by mvo :

Hopefully the new snapd version should fix the store changes ...

But feel free to contact mvo for more details about these regressions and see if they can safely ignore or not before asking sru team to release in -updates.
