How to add headers to alarm_actions send to url?
For example:
Senlin project had webhook to scale out and in to cluster.
But POST senlin webhook with body can't work.
If want to POST senlin webhook with body, must add headers:
openstack-api-version : clustering 1.10
But aodh alarm_actions can't specify headers.
