At this point, cron-worker-openerp and the changes that support it have not been merged in OpenERP's trunk. They only got merged in 6.1 branch are revisions 4126 (6.1-here-comes-the-bogeyman) and 4184 (trunk-gunicorn-signaling).

Will reproduce that manually and query OpenERP maintainers about that.
