I just gave a quick try the latest twitter Android apk on my local environment.
It worked fine.

However I may know why it doesn't work out in your environment.
Could you please take a look at my following questions:
1. Did you bootstrap the anbox cloud on a bare metal or a local environment?
2. In one anbox container, share the output of the following command
$ sudo anbox-shell ping twitter.com
3. On your host, please share the output of the following command
$ cat /proc/modules | grep ip6table_mangle
