Comment 29 for bug 141445

I can confirm the same bug on sony vaio sr210J very annoying !!!

But some clues:

External mic jack works, just put this last line in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base:

options snd-hda-intel enable=1 model=sony-assamd

Let's hope this bug get fixed soon !
