SSID 0x107b0318 may well need the model=ref parameter, but I've no access to one locally to verify. If the modem is being probed wrongly (which is possible given the AZX_MAX_CODECS change in 2.6.20-16.28), you should use the probe_mask parameter, e.g., `sudo modprobe -r snd-hda-intel && sudo modprobe snd-hda-intel probe_mask=8 model=ref`.
