Comment 2 for bug 1269933

This patch adds the aforementioned setting, set to 60 minutes as default. I suppose one might consider a smarter implementation (set timer to 2 minutes after, increase timer with 2 minutes each time it fails etc), but I didn't bother with that.

Note that I put this in the experts only category, since it isn't something that most people will need to use, I feel.
