Hi

How do I test the proposed patch? I enabled backports. Then did apt update & apt dist-upgrade.

My Linux version is:
Linux 530s 4.18.0-17-generic #18~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 15 15:27:12 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

 2 bluetooth hci0 unblocked unblocked
 3 wlan phy0 blocked unblocked

With 4.18.0-17 the wifi is hard blocked.
