Usually, performance bugs are hard to deal with, but this may be easier since it has a very low performance (1fps) and you have provided a lot of useful information.
It seems that you have some output on STDERR from glxinfo:
get fences failed: -1
param: 6, val: 0
That may (or may not) be a key...
