this login uses the Lubuntu session on same box, same setup.
timestamp only ~1 min difference (ie. logout, login, printscreen & save pic

Two displays; one above the other - top as expected with wallpaper
Bottom display however appears all black, no LXQt panel etc, no Ctrl+Alt+T works, no LXQt menu on right-click
