This config setting change (Allow Flipping OpenGL) makes it usable, increase the performance just a little bit;
If you open an OpenGL application do not close it, let it running or minimize, and everything will be ok, if you close all OpenGL apps video will LAG and will quickly Flash the screen 3 times, and then come back to normal, no warranty anyways.
I hope nVidia release a Fix soon.
