Iv'e got Hardy 8.04 LTS on my Dell D630 - with the Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c). glxinfo indicates that direct rendering is available, but glxgears hangs the system requiring a reset. Mouse still moves but the desktop is frozen and none of the shortcut keys work.
Any testing I can do to help, just shout.
