Comment 19 for bug 513848

I have uploaded a test kernel to http://people.canonical.com/~cndougla/513848. Install the kernel and run a normal load. It will print out the number of running and uninterruptible processes each time the load average is calculated (every 5 seconds) to the kernel log. Please take a screenshot with all the information as before and attach the dmesg from this kernel.
