I think I figured it out, I can't use 4.19.27, but have to use 4.19. However:

# git bisect good v4.19
# git bisect bad v4.20
Some good revs are not ancestors of the bad rev.
git bisect cannot work properly in this case.
Maybe you mistook good and bad revs?
