Could you enable kdump (http://www.inaddy.org/mini-howtos/dumps/using-ubuntu-crash-dump-with-kdump), for these hosts and provide me a way of downloading (dropbox, public url) the /var/crash/XXX/ directory (dump from the kernel panic) ? I would like to make sure we are facing the same problem (upstream discussion with Linus Torvalds -> https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/2/23/460). Your kernel dump might be helpful.
