I built a Trusty test kernel with a cherry-pick of upstream commit: c41570c

The test kernel can be downloaded from:
kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1324953/

Can you test this kernel and post back if it resolves this bug or not?

Note that you will need to install both the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.
