Early results from @Chris

The proposed kernel looks good from our BVT testing on Hyper-V.
Besides the BVT, @Ionut also has done the following scenarios:
- Compiled go v1.6 and telegraf v1.2 from sources
- Compiled go v.18.3 and telegraf v1.5 from sources.

Both series worked fine, with no seg faults errors.

- Core tests and time sync
- Networking tests
- Memory – DM & Runtime Memory results
