Comment 16 for bug 1719045

The 4.11 base kernel for linux-azure doesn't show the problem and the same is true for linux-azure-edge (linux-azure-edge causes the failure while it's 4.13 base kernel doesn't).

I'm bisecting the delta between them to identify the commit that introduced the problem.
