Did you install with or without a network connection? In the former case the missing language support packages should be downloaded during installation, in the latter case this dialog box should pop up and allow you to install them. If you accept, you will see the packages that are missing.

Note that this isn't just "translations". Language support also means dictionaries/spell checkers, some extra fonts and input support for some languages, the LibO help, and so on. There are not that many extra packages for English, but some exist.
