-patch applied.

Much better now. However, crashes still occur:e.g.
-sudo rmmod wl cfg80211
-sudo modprobe wl > results in a crash.

workaround:
-sudo modprobe cfg80211
wait for abount 10 seconds
-sudo modprobe wl
