Could you try the following and see if bluetooth works?

It's works!

Previously, this did not work. I have read in the Bug #854399 about patches and decided to try to compile linux kernel.

Glaf,

If you turn power off, and turn it on again, then go through the commands as above, does bluetooth work?
If it works, then we can generate a patch for supporting it. :)

Thanks.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel for Oneiric in -proposed (3.0.0-16.29) solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-oneiric' to 'verification-done-oneiric'.

If verification is not done by one week from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
