Bug Description
[Impact]
When the system is installed with encrypted LVM, typing the security key (which happens in plymouth) is required every time it starts. There is no request for user input when using Ubuntu Kylin theme.
[Test case]
Security key should be prompted if encrypted LVM is used, and the boot process shall continue without problem related.
[Regression potential]
None, the fix is mostly about adding missing stuff which are called under the specific circumstances.
