LBM is an elective install and not part of any default server or netboot installation. It is therefore unnecessary to provide an updates-modules.udeb nor have anything to do with udeb creation in general for that matter. Remove it.

As noted above, LBM is an elective install and not part of any default installations. There should be no risk of regression.

== Fix ==
pull request contains fixes for both this bug and bug 1068283
