swiftlang (5.6.3-3ubuntu1~ppa5) noble; urgency=medium

  * d/rules: disabled LTO to fix build (LP: #2060818)
    The toolchain compiled by the build process will fail due to the
    absence of LLVMgold.so. Disabling LTO fixes the build. Root cause
    requires further investigation.
  * d/p/check-if-platform-has-strlcpy-and-strlcat.patch:
    Check if strlcat and strlcpy are already present in the system's libc.
    Glibc >= 2.38 already has these functions and it's causing the build to
    fail.
  * Refresh existing patches causing gbp pq import to fail
  * Fix swiftcode build failures:
    - d/p/force-unwrap-fp-to-workaround-build-errors.patch
    - d/p/make-FILEPointer-nonoptional-in-sysFclose.patch
