  * Improved Fuzzy Border (blurred border) function
    - moved from extra menu to edit->border menu
    - added relative values (to add fuzzy border to several pics with different scale at once)

  * Thumbnail processing:
    - Use of option -thumbnail for ImageMagick monatge command
    - Experimental: thumbnails are now in PNG format (as recommended by ImageMagick), but suffix is still JPG
    - generateThumbs return now the number of new thumbnails
    - rebuildThumbs displays the time it took to update the thumbnails
  * added a comment about displaying GIMP *.xcf files/thumbnails
  * scale of labeledScale can now be accessed from outside to modify its parameters
  * Hidden Files:
    - removed "i" button, instead the number of files is clickable
    - external video player is now a user option in options-tools (default: vlc)
    - added "select all videos" button
    - added "Edit picture" button (to open in e.g. GIMP)
  * Added *,gqv as slideshow suffix in is_a_slideshow_file
  * Added new function is_a_video, based on different file suffixes
  * edit_pic can now also be called with a list of files to edit
  * slideshow bug fix:
    - folder and collection name are no longer reset when importing a slideshow from file (-> new function light_table_reset_collection())
    - more safety checks before saving a collection to avoid a corrupt slideshows file in .mapivi folder
