Gearman data does not persist across restarts

Imagine nodepool is setup with min-ready:0, and working because zuul know of said job (gate-fastdraw-docs). However, if zuul is restarted, and said jenkins node is offline, it assumes the job is not registered:

If, nodepool is reconfigured with min-ready:1, everything will work as expected.
