Bug Description

Client hangs on kernel load with Crusoe processor T5515 HP thin client.
Verified LTSP working with i686 machines.

That doesn't even seem to be getting as far as actually executing kernel code,
or else it's dying extraordinarily early. What other kernel(s) have booted
successfully on this system?

Well, the Ubuntu 5.10 install CD boots fine and starts the install process -- of
course there is not enough space to do a full desktop installation. I have used
an earlier version of Knoppix, as well as DamnSmallLinux in the past.

This is the first time I have tried to PXE boot. It should work. ;)

You should see atleast one message from the kernel, even in the most severe
cases of breakage, unless pxelinux isn't doing the right thing. I don't think
this is a kernel bug.
