add port info to compute node

Bug Description

It will fail to create container if the port is conflict.
So adding port info to compute node for filtering to choose a fit node.

I have the same question as Pradeep. In particular, Zun doesn't support port binding so I am not sure how ports could conflict between containers. Need further information for this bug.
