Bug Description
There is a new feature to copy file (in archived format) from/to a container [1]. It is better to have a tempest test to cover it. In particular, considering add a test for getting/putting archived file in here: https:/
NOTE: tempest tests don't need to be exhaustive, but cover the basic scenario is good enough.
