Could you try this again with the latest Firefox? My Google Chrome 63.0 and Firefox Quantum 57.0.4 on Ubuntu 16.04 desktop doesn't reproduce the bug.

Tried the latest Firefox, the problem is still there. However, the problem disappeared after an upgrade to the latest version of Horizon. Sorry, I should test with the master version of Horizon in before. I will close this bug.
