icons won't stay in place

Bug Description
Icons are behaving abnormally. They won't stay in place. For example, if I add new devices, the icon is put over another icon. There is also no grid to snap icons too. "Keep aligned" don't accomplish its task, and I have to call "Organize desktop by name" every time some new icon appears on the desktop. And also there should be some adjustment for icon size.

I partially solved the problem by disabling the inbuilt icons, and installing gnome extension called "desktop icons". Now icons behave normal. I would like that Zorin implements this instead of current solutions.
