Bug Description

Hi there,
I have the Gnome 3 Layout with the Taskbar being on the top and disappearing after some while.

After some time I tried to use the Taskbar to shut down my system so I could go to sleep, but it didn't appear as usually.

Then I opened Zorin Appearence to change the position of the Taskbar so it would be reseted.
Did that and in the Screenshot you can see what happened:

I'm Sorry for the German Text but otherwise I would need to reboot and I dont't know if I can recreate this problem.
