restore google, can´t shutdown or restart pc

Hi guys, before write what about google on zorin os, sorry if this not a bug. :)
When i open google, all works nice, no problem when go on any site. but when open google on half (image -> http://prntscr.com/1u6jq4 ) and minimize, click down (when google is minimized) to restore google, and do that 3 or 4 times, this screen show u where is google - gogole window go up (image -> http://prntscr.com/1u6krb ). In this my case, if i minimized and maximized google again, its not be able to restore google - i must close google and again open. I hope u will fix this "bug" (again im not sure is it really bug).
2 days ago, when i close my laptop (where is zorin os 7 installed) and laptop is on standbay (or sleep). When i open laptop 2 hours later, i enter my password and want to shutdown PC. But i can´t!!! Why, i don´t know. When i loggin after standbay, OS show me my desktop. And when i click shutdown button, ask me password !! When enter password, PC just don´t shutdown- just show me desktop same when i open laptop after standbay. I believe u will fix this, or i must think to use another linux distribution (but Zorin os is my favorite).
