@error XQDoc should use monospaced font for error code

Bug Description
When using @error, the resulting HTML should render the error code in a monospaced font, e.g.:
@error err:XQDY0027 if $options can not be validated against the json-options schema.
The err:XQDY0027 should be monospaced to look better.
