Bug Description
Create a way to generate the conformance reports automatically in Zorba.
After this is done, the Validation queue can add a new check to see if any regression was added with the proposed commit.

Setting the importance to HIGH in light of the new testing discussions.
Purpose is to :"Add automated tests to confirm no regressions in all test suites over several build configurations, and to generate W3C reports on every check-in".
