Bug Description
At least for testing purposes, modules may need to know whether the Zorba they are building against was compiled with certain flags, such as ZORBA_NO_UNICODE or ZORBA_NO_XMLSCHEMA. We need to expose these flags in ZorbaConfig.cmake.
