Bug Description

We should rewrite count-where combinations used for top-k queries to use some kind of subsequence for making it more efficient.

Can we have some examples of the usage(s) of count/where queries that you want to target?

There was an email thread on that on zorba-coders. It was started by Tim on 7th of April with approx. 20 replies (also from you). Among a discussion of the problem, this thread also contains the example queries + data that made the performance problem obvious. Let me know if you couldn't find this thread.
