Can't make xqdoc for projects using installed Zorba

Bug Description

The xqdoc artifacts - driver query, stylesheets, and so on - are installed in CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/share/zorba-VERSION/xqdoc. However, there is no variable in ZorbaConfig.cmake or anywhere that lets the "make xqdoc" target find them there. So you cannot build xqdoc for a non-core module project if you are building against an installed Zorba; it only works against a source Zorba build.
