fxcharheap exceptions are erroneous

Bug Description

The code in fxcharheap.cpp doesn't deal with exceptions correctly. For example, on line 187, it catches all exceptions; however, neither of the 2 lines in the "try" throws an exception -- ever. They will simply overrun memory. There are lots of examples of this in the code.

This is ancient code. The person who wrote it left zorba before any of us joined the project. I don't even know if this code is used anywhere any more.

Yes, it's used by the symbol table in the compiler. It either needs to be replaced or cleaned-up. I'll assign it to Nicolae then.
