Bug Description

After the changes in
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~zorba-coders/zorba/trunk/revision/11504
the following query started to hang:

./zorba -q "import module namespace file = 'http://expath.org/ns/file'; file:base-name('../../build/FOTSExpectedFailures.xml')"

I removed the branch link because, long term, that branch is used for lots of stuff, not just this bug and, as time marches on, it would make less and less sense.

Why aren't you using unique branch names such that the bugs can be linked to them?

Because this was a quick fix that simply wasn't worth the extra overhead to me of creating the branch.
