Generate XQ10 and XQ30 conformance results using CTest results

At this moment if one needs to generate the W3C conformance results for XQ10 and XQ30 he/she has to run whole FOTS twice.

Each time a different FOTS FOTSZorbaManifest.xml is used (see reporting/XQ10 and reporting/XQ30).

We should be able to:
- save the results from each test-set run from CTest into an XML file
- load all these CTest output XML files and generate XQ10 and XQ30 submission reports for W3C

In this way we could:
- remove 2 of the 3 FOTS FOTSZorbaManifest.xml that are in the trunk
- add a target in CMake for generating the W3C XQ10 and XQ30 reports out of a RQ run
