Bug Description
We need a way to treat *some* of the wrongError regressions as actual regressions.
This means that a user must have a way to mark some of the wrongError regressions as "ok".

Basically we'd want to extend the current EXPECTED_ FOTS_FAILURE( ) to have a WRONG_ERROR setting as well. As with all the other settings, this should cause the test to fail if it is specified and the test ends up raising the *right* error.
